1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Pracxel platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these terms, you are prohibited from using the site and services.

2. B2B Software Licensing

Pracxel provides a B2B SaaS platform for offline coaching institutes. Users are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the software for internal administrative and testing purposes.

3. WhatsApp API Usage & Compliance

Institutes utilizing the Pracxel WhatsApp integration must strictly adhere to the Meta WhatsApp Commerce and Business Policies. Pracxel acts solely as a Technology Provider. We are not responsible for:

• Account bans or restrictions imposed by Meta due to spam or policy violations by the institute.
• Billing charges incurred directly between the institute and Meta Platforms, Inc.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Pracxel, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of your use of the platform or the failure of third-party APIs.
